On 17 February 2027, the University of Tartu’s biggest career fair – the Delta Career Day – will take place again. On that day, hundreds of students in IT, mathematics, statistics, computer engineering, robotics and economics come together to meet with companies and organisations that come to Tartu to present their practical training and career opportunities. Last year, the event brought together more than 900 students and 52 organisations!
The Career Day will be held as a large expo at the University of Tartu’s sports club, which will become an exciting meeting place for students and employers on that day. Students can also attend company presentations in the Career Day studio and take part in an expo game.
Registration information
Companies and organisations who want to present their practical training and career opportunities to University of Tartu students are welcome to register for the Delta Career Day. Each organisastion will have a 3×3 m booth to set up an eye-catching display.
In addition to the expo, companies and organisations have the opportunity to present their activities and opportunities for students in the Career Day studio through a short conversation. Students can follow the discussions on site and online, and recordings will be available after the event.
We will also organise an expo game for students. This is a great way to encourage students to visit your booth and learn more about your organisation.
The Career Day organisational costs are not covered by a participation fee in the classical sense. Instead, we ask you to rate the value of the Career Day for your organisation on a four-point scale (from “1” – slightly valuable to “4” – very valuable). Each grade corresponds to a contribution used to cover the costs of organising the event.
