Elizabeth "Liz "Kiehner is Chief Growth Officer at Nortal. She is an experienced executive with 20+ year background in the start-up, corporate and non-profit organizations. Liz is renowned for her pivotal role as the leader of the Digital Transformation Office at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and establishing an Experience Design Center of Excellence at IBM. Her expertise covers the strategic use of automation, AI and other exponential technologies to shape the way we create, deploy and sustain new ways of working with little disruption.

Maria Laanelepp is a former graphic designer and entrepreneur. These days she is teaching and mentoring students in the field of digital product management and design thinking at the Sandbox program at the University of Tartu, Institute of Computer Science. She is supporting the teams from validating problem statements to testing prototypes.

Silja Elunurm, LL.M, M.Sc, is a leading regulatory advisor in the digital health field. She currently serves as the head of regulatory at SaMD company Migrevention and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Health Founders, a prominent HealthTech accelerator in Estonia. With expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, Silja drives innovation and compliance in the evolving healthcare industry.

Dmytro Fishman is a lecturer of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Tartu, an invited lecturer of Machine Learning at the Ukrainian Catholic University, co-founder and Chief Science Officer at Better Medicine, and a researcher at STACC. His research focuses on developing AI models for analysing various biomedical images, such as computed tomography scans of patients with cancer, histopathology images from biopsies, and microscopy images of cells. In his work, Dmytro applies the academic pursuit of knowledge and rigor to industry-inspired problems that come from real patients and doctors.

Siim is a technology entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in digital innovation. He is the Founder & CEO of Lifeyear - a digital cardiovascular care company and Activate – employee health and wellbeing platform. He is also the Founding Member of DTx Estonia - Alliance of Estonian Digital Therapeutics Manufacturers and the Founding Partner of Health Founders - the first health technology accelerator in the Baltics.

Priit Kleemann is Estonian Biobank IT development manager and will share light on the secure special category personal data management lifecycle of gene donor’s data. How to collect, process, release and safely dispose data to facilitate innovation and new services within high privacy expectations and a harsh GDPR environment.

Dr Grace Eden is an Associate Professor at the University of Tartu. She received her PhD from the University of Oxford in Human-Centred Computing. Grace conducts research and teaching in human-technology-interaction, information design and user experience. The focus of her research is understanding how new technologies transform communication, behaviour, and interaction using ethnographic research methods to gain insights into people's common-sense understandings of technologies in their day-to-day use. With a twofold aim to both improve its design, usefulness and usability; and to identify implications for how new technologies transform social life.

Els Maeckelberghe is an Associate Professor in Bioethics and Research Ethics, and Confidential Advisor Scientific Integrity at the University Medical Center Groningen. She is an ethicist with a strong profile in philosophy of medical practice (medical humanities) and research ethics. Current research projects are about technological innovations in preventive healthcare; the use of AI in healthcare; children’s participation in medical research and agenda setting.

Marharyta Domnich is a PhD student at the Natural and Artificial Intelligence Lab, focusing on Explainable AI. Previously, she worked as a machine learning engineer specializing in satellite image segmentation. She led a European Space Agency project on cloud segmentation, where her interest in explainability began to grow. Currently, Marharyta is a main contributor to the EU TRUST-AI project, aimed at developing a trustworthy platform for interacting with AI models across various use-cases, including healthcare, energy, and online retail.

Marelle Ellen is a Visiting CMO, marketing mentor, and podcast host. She has worked with several startups and startup-related projects, such as Promoty and sTARTUp Day. Additionally, she is running grit. podcast where she interviews the marketing managers from the most successful Estonian startups to uncover marketing tactics that work.
